Bashor Children's Home is proud to be the Youth Services Bureau for Elkhart County. Youth Services Bureau and Bashor Children's Home share the same values.

As a Youth Services Bureau, we are committed to:

1) support, represent and protect the rights of young people;

2) prevent juvenile delinquency;

3) maintain a referral system for youth; and

4) educate the community about youth issues and youth services.
